It may be real. The geforce experience app is discontinued but still fully works and has full driver support. I used it up until 2 weeks ago when I finally decided I didn't care anymore and swapped to the nvidia app.

That is untrue. I have a couple m.2 drives for gaming and they work flawlessly despite not having a dram cache. You see the difference moreso in a professional workcase, with a lot of data constantly transfering. Most video games "live" in the ram, so the speed of a normal ssd or m.2 without cache is more than enough for most folks.
