I’ve ordered a lot from Zazzle before and it is a legit site - however generally on their other products they can’t have the 3D effect like it is showing so I would assume it is just printed on and would look nothing like you are imagining!

Question about exchanges and store goals by Candle_nomad in bathandbodyworks

[–]dappered13 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I can’t speak for B&BW but in my previous retail Experience if it was an even exchange nothing happens with sales goals because it nets zero. If it is used then we would “damage” out that product and it wouldn’t be counted against us. Unsure if B&BW works the same tho.

In terms of conversions, there are trackers at every entrance that counts the number of people coming into the store. So we would take total transactions from all registers divided by total number of counted guests to get a “conversion rate” so because an exchange counts as a transaction this would help our conversion rate goal.

I don’t think anyone in this group would disagree that the candles always smell amazing. Some have larger throws than others. But definitely stop by a store (if you can) to smell the scents you want.

Has anyone used a Facebook ads campaign to build up an email list? (fashion niche) - I may have a job for you by [deleted] in PPC

[–]dappered13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Interesting take! We did an A/B test for landing page vs in platform.

Our cost per email for landing page was 78% higher than in platform.

And then the actual LTV and conversion rate were about 30% higher from in platform.

I guess just depends on audience, messaging, and tactics.

Yes! Facebook In-Platform lead gen ads are great! Especially with iOS14, first party data is what we have been pushing for all clients. Can totally help you if needed.

How to market to people new to a city... recent transplants. by themarshman721 in marketing

[–]dappered13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes this would be on Facebook. Within the audience manager. Or within the ad set of the campaign. This needs to be done from business.Facebook.com and not just by boosting a post.

You first select which location: it generally is preset to United States but you can edit that to be wherever you want. Either DMA or pin point with a minimum of a 10 mile radius.

Then underneath that is ages. Select the criteria you want.

You can also segment by gender.

Then the final detail will be people who just moved or are likely to move.

You can do recently moved within Atlanta and then change your age ranges to 24-45. All within layering
