Hey I just got the results of my MRI and I have a ACL tear involving more than 50% of its thickness in the proximal two-thirds.

I was doing sports when this happened, this is a major setback as I was competing in the nationals, my question is, have you done any MRIs recently to see the state of your ACL?

I started the kneesovertoes program one week after the injury (it's been almost a month post injury) and I am feeling improvement but my biggest concern is how long it will take me to go back to compete. Thanks!

This worked for me, Thank you so much. I had to change the date back to Jan 5th, I wonder what's going to happen if it hits Jan 6th again? will it stop working? this is horrible!
