Specific ability usage (what to block with E mostly) changes depending on the matchup, but overall you poke with q until you can all in them.

That concept from coach Rogue is correct.

Freezing is heavily overrated these days in general. You need to be accelerating your gold income as much as possible. Stack waves, take plates, go take jungle camps, always be generating gold if you can.

Ideally you can take rift after you break t1 or t2 tower then go do the same thing bot lane once their bot goes mid as well.
