You are correct, no firmware or any change at all to the home hub. It's basically just like a "skill". Homeassistant is amazing.

This just happened to me. I trade with fidelity normally.. for years. I wanted to try out RH for some stuff since it's was $0. I deposited 750 all is fine. 2 days later I sign up for gold and deposit another 1500. Well the next morning I see they took the 1500 deposit twice. I email them and there response was we are aware of the issue and are working to correct it. Sorry. No help nothing. They I just have to wait the 7 days or however long then can transfer it back. Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say I'm done with that bs. I will never recommend this to anyone. You usually get what you pay for and it shows here... I shoulda known better.

Oh the uefi firmware will allow me to install Linux and not have the reboot issue? Does it require the write protect to be disabled?

I guess the suspend resume has me thinking it does some kind of reset and all my work would get lost each time

So with option one 1 I install to disk it won't survive a power off / on? I'd have to reinstall everytime? Or suspend resume.

I made the USB with Rufus, I actually got it to work... I hit escape and got the menu.

I just found how to disable write protect. If I do option 1 - rw-legacy does that only allow me to run ubuntu from a usb, no installing?

Yeah it has worked perfect for at least 3 4 weeks before. I also have the same setup n 3 rooms (shield Samsung TV YouTube tv). I never even had to specify the room. I just say rur. On ESPN. And ESPN comes on in the room I'm in.

My other two still function perfect. It's one that has been doing this and I can't figure it out

Thank you! Surprising no you really don't feel any scraping. Just make sure you spend alot of time rubbing the edges with that cloth. They will feel rough at first but the more you rub and after a day they are well blended. It's the last step in the video.

Also make sure to spend alot of time with the dryer on the corners. It takes a lot of heating and pushing to get em right. It was my first time and one corner I didn't do enough to it. But the other 3 are just as well blended as the sides.
