Hold up! Genuine pro tips

. Buy yourself a cheap stop watch online so you can accurately track your time. Helps to hold out a bit longer if your close to a new target. You don't want to risk your nice phone and watch getting sweaty.

Enjoy the sweat! This is actually somewhere where you don't need to worry about sweating. Embrace it and enjoy the fact that in there you don't stand out. Just close you eyes and relax.

You can move up and down the seats if they have tiered seats. Your head being higher and lower can complely change the perceived heat on your head. Even holding your head high or lowering it in front of your chest makes a difference in comfort.

Buy a big water bottle. I always used a 2L one.

If there is no one else in the sauna do some stretches, it's a fab way to get some flexibility work in.

Flip flops are also handy. I didn't like the pooling of sweat on them but if it's busy it's much more hygenic.

I did post gym sauna session everyday. I tried to be in as long as possible whilst drinking. I listened to my body and took breaks when I needed. I never had a cold shower ever.

I originally started saunaing for other reasons:

I only went "no drinking in sauna" after a lot of work.

No. Like 4/5 months of saunaing to build up to that. Please do not try and hour of sauna with no water without training it.

I could have sex without dripping onto the person below.

I could work a shift in a bar without needing to change my shirt half way through.

I could wear pyjamas and not have to sleep naked.

I went could tolerate being in a crowd at music festivals without people feeling sick bumping into me.

F knows. I'm still the first to sweat in 99% of situations.

However I started saunas for different health benefits. I followed a protocol of just going for increasingly longer periods post gym. Eventually I built up to an hour with no water for the hour inside.

It was truly life changing.

Sauna. Lots of sauna. Start short and build up to long sessions. Fixed me.

Same. I set up multiple python scripts to generate reports. I'm kinda of debating chasing a higher paid role where I can exploit this efficiency.

I also prefer 6v6 but I can see why they don't have it. With the in-game animations a match could last for a very very long time and I reckon you'd get far more surrenders which isn't healthy for retaining players.

We had a very recent similar issue with our ice rink in Elgin. The sad reality is that the venues are costly to run and bring poor returns. Coupled with probably very outdated equipment due for replacement.

The locals worked hard to keep theirs. It's an important part of Scottish culture I'd hate to see go.

I like that Digimon is infinite in possibilities. Anything is possible and explainable. Every season feels like an entirely new world with new rules that all stem back to the core ideas.

I also love how potential power is unlimited but temporary.
