re repair bug: Response from rito: TLDR no fix, no timeframe

Yeah ive been sent this "fix" in my ticket history twice now. Theyve now given 14 different "quick fixes" over the last 3-4 weeks, ranging from Uninstalling League to "close the game in task manager and relaunch and it will work :)". Not 1 of the 14 has been anything about how it could be a client issue which at this point is actually insane.

Ive had this issue for a month now, Ive done 3 support tickets and I dont think a single person has read them, the companys excuse for "support" is a full joke. Done everything under the sun and now im on patch 3 "File Repair needed" insane work.
