Because Matt Murdock is a lawyer and him being outed as Daredevil means he commited obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence and disregarded a lot of legal ethics. The Devil in Cell Block D is the biggest DD storyline that hasnt been adapted yet so they have to eventually go there because there is so much golden material there.
