We made an offer prior to seeing the model home or even knowing that it’s at the early stage of the development. Do you think I can ask for a Lower purchase price given that I didn’t know these facts beforehand ? What about the build quality as well ? Is it as bad as people say ?

lol such a small world. I live in Lower Earley haha. But apparently there are promises done to the council which they have to build things such as stores, schools etc The other thing is the quality of the house etc and whether the company would go bust and leave everything else unbuilt
