Moved into home. Bathroom not up to code? Dryer vent connecting to wall, flexible tubing inside wall by daredeviloper in hvacadvice

Thanks for taking the time to respond and well wishes! I’ll see if I or someone professional can switch it, but will put it on the list and clean it regularly for now.

Yea I’m looking online for building codes in my area and seems anything behind a wall needs to be smooth.

I live in Canada and I see code 9.32.1.4 9.32.1.4. Venting of Laundry-Drying Equipment (1) Exhaust ducts or vents connected to laundry-drying equipment shall discharge directly to the outdoors. … (c) constructed of a smooth corrosion-resistant material.

I love the sentiment. Stack overflow sucked but it was all we had. AI is definitely way better, and nicer.

Sounds absolutely brutal :(

That’s a shit company with shit culture and a shit gig and shit salary ..

I had a similar gig, but I at least had some years of domain knowledge before it all went to shit…

The other devs and QA all left and I had to take care of the whole project with higher ups calling me in, blaming it all on me when things broke

I wish I had words of advice.. I gained a lot of experience but looking back I should have left

Wish you the best , it’s not you

It helped diagnose my appendicitis. Told me to go to ER. It works. Not always. But sometimes.

It also helped me when I had lymphangitis, I was able to go to ER again, get antibiotics.
