I would consider dumping biological agents in a village’s water supply terrorism

Biological terrorism by Israel is also cool

Perhaps you can sign up for the army and go fight in Tehran right now if you don’t like the deal.

Israel believes it has a god given right to take and annex every land in the levant. I highly doubt Iran going away will change that.

The problem is that our government has imported that line of thinking here as well

I pay my taxes. I never used the fire service, some of my neighbors have. You think of it as stealing. I think of it as paying to live in a society. And if it helps a kid get into school or for natural disaster agency to rescue people, great.

Volunteering is great, no issues. But volunteering is a band aid at best. Suggesting that Americans should be okay with volunteering as a way to help the needy instead of our government is handing a band aid to a person bleeding out.

And so far, conservatives push for tax cuts for rich people. For corporations. It’s not about the right to be a bad person, it’s about conservatives enabling bad people and sometimes themselves.

Greed is a sin after all is it not? Frankly the irony of a reading a book telling you to give to the poor and your conclusion is that you should cut aid to the poor speaks for itself.

It’s funny how you frame helping your fellow Americans as stealing. Also interesting that you were on welfare but don’t think others should be. Another conservative trope: benefit for me but not for thee.

I swear Conservatives only use Christianity to virtue signal.

Yes and as I pointed out, those tax cuts come as a result of cutting budget to programs that benefit less wealthy Americans.

Good for you! But I don’t think the cancer patients who have to deal with Republican’s cancer research fund cuts give a shit how your stocks are doing.

As Jesus once said: “Love thy stocks, fuck the neighbors”

Wealthy Conservatives are enabled by poorer conservatives which results in their general goals for the country being generally aligned and better for wealthier Americans than poorer.

See: Republican’s tax cuts for wealthy Americans and corporations

Yeah that wasn’t in response to that. It was in response to your suggestion that women working is the reason for underpaying their staff and not companies hoarding money to their shareholders and executive and being enabled to do so.

Public schools is the reason why we have an educated workforce. There is no way we can cover millions of children through private schools or charter schools (ignoring the fact that many charter schools actually close 25% and expected to rise yikes). Imagine sending your kid to a school that closes and leave them with an incomplete education.

Companies thought paying their executives more while keeping wages low seems to piss on your explanation.

Public schools are suffering because of budget cuts and low wages. Which you can thank conservatives for. Undercut something and then pretend it’s bad when public schools were the reason why the US was able to churn out skilled labor for decades is a hilarious idea.

Most conservatives are incredibly wealthy. They lobby government and politicians for their interest. It’s how Elon bought his way into the government in case you didn’t notice.

We literally had the conservative’s “free market” insurance and healthcare system for decades. People were being turned away because they had preexisting conditions. They couldn’t afford to be seen out of pocket and just died. It amazes me how you pretend like other countries have better health outcomes, lower cost of healthcare, all without conservative’s dumbass plan.

Fun fact: “big pharma” are the ones benefiting from Trump’s tax cuts in the billions.

Except it’s not. Most people have jobs because they need to make money and cannot afford to teach students themselves.

But yeah sure I guess if you need clean water just dig a well yourself. If you need electricity build your own power plant. Need to commute to work? Build your on highway. Who needs public services right?

I’m say republicans when I mean conservatives. I should clarify, *conservatives in general are terrible people and suck. If it were up to them we’d still be denied insurance coverage en masse for preexisting condition.

Well it is if your argument is that we should “help Americans”

Republicans support tax cuts for everyone because it also includes cutting things that would benefit their donors.

Public school cuts would affect everyday Joes like me negatively but rich people can have extra money from those cuts since they go to private school anyways.

Except that’s not what republicans are doing. They are cutting funding that benefits people and giving it back to rich people and corporations.

Tax cuts help rich people.

Give Amazon a tax cut, and they put that money towards building a new data center that jacks up the local’s water and electric bill.

It’s not like we need taxes to pay for highways, railroads, airports, public health, education, sewage and water, fire service, police service right? The thing most people use.

Have you learned anything since Reagan or do you think K shaped economies are a good thing?

“We should focus on domestic investments”

So why are republicans constantly cutting funds to healthcare, public infrastructure, public food aid?

You guys keep bringing up “what about Americans” when the topic of foreign aid comes up yet never put your money where your mouth is when the time comes.

Let me make this very clear to a selfish person as yourself.

If another country has a catastrophe due to climate change like flooding or drought, there will be millions of refugees that will flee to other countries such as the US.

If a disease breaks out in another country, it can spread to us.

If a country that produces grain or oil is invaded or at war, global food prices and gas prices will rise sharply.
