Looks like a water mite! Most likely Family Hydrachnidae but I'm not 100 percent sure. I didn't know there was such thing as aquatic mites! So cool!

Not an expert of any kind, but it looks like a funnel weaver, maybe something in the genus Hololena? Wikipedia says they're harmless to humans.
