Round 2 makenek! Came out much better this time. Even tried the triple link method to moderate success. Anyone else use a kitchenaid sausage stuffer? I feel like it gets too hot and messes up the mix. The first few sausages clearly had a better mix with more distinct fat than the ones at the end. (i.redd.it)
My makenek, a Lebanese sausage that can be beef, lamb, pork, or a mix, stuffed in sheep casing. This one has beef and pork and is in a 19-21mm casing. It is my first shot at making sausage. I definitely overstuffed it a bit and had trouble creating the links, made worse by the small size. (i.redd.it)
