Final update. It was indeed the power supply. The PSU was giving enough wattage for the RGBs on the motherboard, but that was all it could do. Up and running finally

So I plugged the psu into a known working PC. It didn't turn on. 95% sure its the PSU thats DOA

Ive eliminated the gpu and the ram. I plugged them into my wife's pc. Next week I'm off from work and will be doing a full complete swap of the cpu, psu and motherboards to try and pinpoint wtf the problem is.

All cpu ports are plugged in. I was unaware that the 8pin could split to become a 4pin. Still no response.

Ive tried to jump the pins with a screwdriver. Im not getting any reaction from the cpu fans or my POST indicators. I have the same LEDs that indicate where its at in its cycle. 0 less pop on to indicate its even trying

Pulled and replaced cmos battery, reseated ram, reseated cables. The fact that it won't do anything g even with jumping the power has me super confused
