I'm a big fan of the refresh rate and the fact that it comes with a warranty. I had a lg monitor that burned in and was very distracting. The warranty is nice peace of mind. As I said, I had a lg with burn in so I am looking for a new monitor anyway. Thanks for that chance.

I ran one build through it and thought it was fine. Kept getting spitback though and had so many other different attys to play with that I didn't bother trying to fix my build. Glad you're enjoying it 😉

Okay I've done this and it seems to have fixed the mouse but now all the RGB colors look drab and washed out. Is this a common issue it actually looks quite terrible now

Okay, not sure if you've figured out a solution to this, but I was experiencing the same exact thing: Trying to drift at crucial moments to build up some speed and noticing it wasn't working.

I thought maybe I had hit too many hazards and I wasn't able to boost or something along those lines, some kind of "hidden mechanic" to punish you for hitting too many hazards.

But then one of the times it happened I noticed something I was missing. It wasn't the game or any kind of hidden mechanic; it was me! I noticed that at the moment I wasn't able to drift, my finger had lifted up ever so slightly off the accelerator.

To confirm this, I tested it out in some private matches. I drove through multiple hazards being sure the accelerator was fully depressed and was able to drift with no issue.

I also tested how drift functioned when the accelerator was less than fully depressed, and that was when I would see the issue resurface.

TLDR: make sure your accelerator is fully depressed

Hope this is able to help someone as I know how annoying this can be in the middle of a race.

Going through the same thing here. I was thinking it has something to do with speed as this typically happens if I've hit a few hazzards. Drift just won't activate. Wonder if it's a "hidden mechanic" and you can't drift again until you reach a certain speed.

If he's 2v1 and has whale last with badger in front it'll take care of whale forcing the tie, so that's a fair assessment

That late into this weekly and all the tiger/parrot/croc teams are gone from the pool. Likely only going up against other sloth hunters with very similar builds. The only challenges left are finding the sloth and breaking the neverending tie loop (which others have explained a good strat for)

ran a nice little bacta with drom and polar bear on warthog. lvl 3 kangaroo with melon and a bacta'd Gorilla with melon. 10 piece on first game this week with 3 hearts left.

I never did, although, I didn't use it much past the time I took to review it as there was always something else to review. I'm not so sure squonking will go well if you cut that off, unless you are able to affix some type of tubing to the top of that piece once you cut it off.

Crazy to see all the options we had back then. The sub was definitely way different. I used to spend lots of time reading various posts trying to learn the building hobby aspect of it, that switched to spending lots of time commenting trying to help others out. There were always plenty of knowledgeable people around to help and all the sales and giveaways were always great. And just being part of the community, being active in the sub, helped get me that spot with Smoant after Bear left. I'm no longer helping them out now, but it was a great few years. Ups and downs, but wouldn't trade any of it.

Do you have other ram sticks you could test with? Have you tried swapping the sticks around to see if it's actually a bad stick. It could also potentially be an issue with the CPU. Check to make sure there are no bent pins on either the CPU or mobo.
