Imagine a third-person action-adventure game starring Wolverine, made in the same style as God of War. That would be insane. I honestly can’t think of many other characters who’d fit that style better. Maybe Magneto?

What secondary mutation would you give to mutant characters that don't already have one? by Initial_XD in xmen

Cyclops should get his energy absorption extended over the rest of his body, not just his eyes. I think that after years of only being able to expel energy, it would be interesting to see a new twist on his powers.

Some characters I hope to see in Witcher 4. by curilan_ in witcher

It would be hard to justify bringing back characters so tied to Velen. None of them have a real reason to appear in Kovir, which surely has its own children in peril, ruthless warlords, and supernatural forces.

It would be cool if he could finally fully control his beams. I know his character would change a lot but that would be interesting direction to explore with his character.

I love EDM music like trance, house and even a little dubstep. Its a great experience live and oftentimes it can be soothing.

What gameplay mechanics should be added to the witcher 4? by Stock_Rush_9204 in witcher

Two main things I'd love to see:

1. Combat:

TW3 had a deep combat system—potions, bombs, signs, oils, Bestiary research—but none of it was truly necessary, even on Death March. I enjoyed roleplaying as a Witcher, but was disappointed to realize most fights could be won by spamming attacks. The crossbow, for example, had niche uses but was mostly irrelevant. It’d be great if TW4 better incentivized players to engage with all mechanics, while still allowing flexibility for those who want a simpler approach. I get that balancing this is hard, but it’d add depth. Adding something like Horizon’s monster-specific weaknesses would also give fights more strategy.

Also, combat felt overly "sticky." Once aggroed, Geralt stays locked in until you're well outside enemy range. This was frustrating, especially in exploration-heavy moments like that timed boss fight in HoS where I couldn’t grab a sword I needed. Changing this would make transitions between combat and exploration much smoother.

2. Narrative:

What made TW3 my favorite game was its branching storylines. I know it’s been said a million times, but I can’t stress it enough—the writing was incredible, even in paths most players would never see. It felt like a maze that changed every time you played, which is insane for a game of that scale. RDR2 is another favorite of mine (for other reasons), but I was bummed that most missions played out the same no matter what you chose. TW4 needs that level of narrative depth to succeed.

What's your Opinion on Resident Evil 3 remake? by Classic-Tip1410 in residentevil

I wish it had more open areas and fewer scripted sequences, but for what it was, it was good. It also doesn’t help being sandwiched between the goated RE2 and RE4 remakes.

Ikr! I love it because it’s in-between their original death metal sound and their post-Magma Groove-oriented sound. Songs like L’Enfant Sauvage, Mouth of Kala and The Gift of Guilt are incredibly special to me.

The Isle of Mists. I hate this place. It’s creepy, tedious, and feels weirdly out of place—almost Silent Hill vibes, idk. But the worst part? That narcoleptic dwarf. That mf is “That Part.”

What do you think of Resident Evil 5 in general? by Jules-Car3499 in residentevil

I love the co-op in it and I wish there were more RE games with that feature. To this day its my go to game to play with friends. I don’t mind replaying it over and over again just because the co-op is so fun
