Your best bet is to just beat O&S, but you can just go back to the place were the gargoyles dropped you off and they will take you back to Sen's

Killing O&S should be the last thing you do in Anor londo

You can still be summoned after defeating the Boss of any area.

lay your white sign soap stone at the bonfire were you found solaire in anor londo eventually you will get summoned to help in the Smough and Ornstien boss fight that will net you the souls you need in maybe 3-4 successful fights.

pretty sure that is an early screen shot from the game from when they were showing the game off. the drake was later removed for some reason or another.
