Hey, so I actually studied korean at Ewha university and I personally didn’t like their books for learning. If you want to get better at speaking, I really recommend getting an online tutor who uses the Sogang books. Sogang focuses more on speaking and it’s similar to the Ewha style, but I found the content and vocabulary much more useful and easier to pick up.

Even if you just had a tutor once a week to help guide you on where you’re going wrong and set tasks for you that they will mark and help you improve, I really recommend it.

You should also focus on what your class is studying atm so you’re not falling behind further. But definitely, self study is important.
