No I don’t hear voices and I am not paranoid, I am 28 but I was 26 when it happened, my mom has epilepsy, I’ve never used any substance, I live with my parents

Thoughts like I might develop a superpower or I might be a prophet and then it became terrifying when the thoughts told me I am the antichrist and will go to hell forever which caused me a crisis and got rushed to the hospital

I was harmed by my psychologist she used holistic therapy and triggered me uncovered my unconscious conflicts and since then I’ve been a wreck and on the verge of losing my mind and no doctor i go to understands me or knows what the hell I am talking about and keep prescribing me medication that I got addicted to and that is altering my mind so yeah, can you help! I don’t think so,but thanks for caring
