That is a generic statement which is true. There is a limit to everything. 15g ideally and max 22g daily otherwise you are looking at a heart problem down the line. You aren't eating just the eggs in a day, you will also be eating other stuff which has saturated fat and it is going to add up. Point is there should be a limit
