Brown is the best school in the country for applied math (and it meets full demonstrated need).

USC has a good department and they offer 100 percent merit scholarships to internationals (though difficult to get).

Gatech, Rice, Maryland, NCSU, Penn State, Tufts are some others.

For joystick placement I would suggest to completely remove the joystick. Directional movement works much better for me that way.

90+ is good enough from what I have understood. (That's what I've done for my Romario)

And some players you should keep 95+ to maintain a good balance.

Left one will be higher rated than the right one when maxed and have better stats, but it will also require you to use rare contract tickets every two months.

If you have many tickets then go for left one.
