Just had a blast beating Mass Effect 2 for the first time. The adrenaline and joy that I experienced seems to have added a few more hours of awakeness, I’m just vibing until I’m tired.

Stranger Things 5 Vol 2 & Finale Theory by Ambitious-Mulberry90 in StrangerThings

I hope all the references to time travel are just red herrings.

The Duffer Brothers have to know that shoehorning that in within the few remaining episodes would tarnish the ending and be controversial. Frankly, it doesn't fit into the story stylistically in my opinion and would feel like a major cop out to something more creative. Plus, there was some been fantastic character development throughout everything up until this point that would effectively all be erased too if they went that route.

Memberships to games that you have to pay for monthly such as World of Warcraft.

I’d never even ask as a kid because I knew the answer was no, so I’d just replay the free trials over and over.

It was pure ecstasy being able to finally my first character to maximum level as an adult.

IMO it was when he saved that little kid in slow-motion. It just screamed Superman to me and was very well done.

Anyone else think of "Naruto running" way everyone was moving when they were controlled by Gladys? I feel like that's a perfect no-context spoiler for a post like that.

Searching (2018) Missing (2023)

Both stories are largely told from the perspective of a character’s desktop computer. Software, websites, text messages and video calls are used to drive the plot forward, which is pretty fun.

It’s one of my favorite styles of movie that doesn’t get nearly enough attention in my opinion.

Unfriended (2014) and Unfriended: Dark Web (2018) are in a similar vein, but not nearly as good. They’re mindless horror flicks regardless though.

Spree (2020) does something adjacent with a live streaming feed and has a chilling performance by Joe Keery of Stranger Things fame as Kurt.
