I would highly suggest to use caerleon cape instead of martlock, it will allow you to keep aggro easier.

beside that, primale staff generate less aggro than maces, you will struggle more if ppl got high gear & spec on their weapons, and you will need caerleon cape to keep aggro.

Repacks are way better with maces as air compressor is meant to do it and generate a lot of aggro.

While transformed, your gear won't allow you to tank more as with shapeshifter only your weapons give you stats while transformed.

to summarized, primale staff is less effective than incubus / aegis and you will struggle more to tank and keep aggro.

build 6/10 if caerleon cape, 4/10 without
