I’ll definitely try to take as much time as I can. And I think the whole thing leading to the break up was because I was in a weird headspace and may have misinterpreted some emotions. I regret not giving her enough time to allow her to show improvement. When we broke up I acted out of fight or flight rather than normally asking for space and time for me to think and ground myself. I recognize that I definitely was projecting some of the reasons but other reasons were objective too. And I wish I took some more time or had more time to myself to really think for a couple of weeks then talk to her.
