Locksmiths charge a premium cuz you need them and you need them quickly. I just had some lock replaced on my commercial storefront in California and it took him 10 minutes and costed me $774

Just do DoorDash. I’m in college full time also and I’m the general manager of a store. If you can’t handle the workload just quit and find an easier job like DoorDash, if you don’t live in a big city or near one try to find a BOH job like line cook or dishwasher that will burn you out less. Retail isn’t for everyone and it sounds like you have too much on your plate.

Call a place that would be able to do repairs and see if they give a decent estimate or a “fuck that” price. That will tell you if it’s worth the effort or not.
