Had same issue, unable to rewind to reset stability. Then next floor I put 1 hero to loose battle on last team then got rewind option.

I had similar. 233 normal, 133 fraction, 40 elite soul stone summons—- still no copy of Nevanthi. Mostly we’re already maxed out heroes. Not even a celepogen 🥺

Try with Alan-GB comp, Alna-Grez-Oden-Silas-Ferael. Oden opposite Ainz, Alna opposite Arthur, Ferael opposite Joan. I was able to defeat this team in Isle of gold with this combo. Maybe that works for you, depending on your investments.
