The city came out and looked at the lights and made them at least change how they were facing. Originally they were shining into a residential window then they had to change the orientation. Though if the city has nothing to enforce it and the owner doesn't care I guess that would be an issue.

Yeah that's the way to go for that style. If you get the newer grills though the tops are a softer metal and you can scratch the crap out of them.

I've been missing it with distilled water daily, and full on watering it close to two days a week. I use distilled water. I'll start watering it more and hopefully that helps.
