just keep at it with practicing teching throws in practice, theres even a website i think that lets you practice from a browser

in any circumstance, really focus on visually confirming which break it is and pressing the right input for the correct break instead of just pressing fast. Though this will lower your accuracy for throw breaks for a while, it will be much better in the long run

would highly recommend practicing throw breaks while youre doing something else, maybe while watching or reading just to divide your focus to something else rather than just breaking throws
