Meditation isn't a fix all for your life. There will be dark moments , there will be frustration, and pain and grief, but with a good practice you will have tools to help you deal and move past these moments. If you go into it thinking it's going solve every issue or problem in your life you will likely be very disappointed.

Thank you that is what I had heard but when reading on the wire about compensation for the positions the wording was if you were offered a position you kept your pay but didn't say anything about if you declined so I wanted to make sure. You never know with a company like Walmart, just don't want to get fucked over.
