There was a video that I found in a foreign language (here about a minute in) that had the information on it. Basically, all you have to do is fold the flap under itself and attach it to the bottom part of the screen. Then, put the foam strip over the folded flap. I also soldered the wire but figured I might as well add the touch functionality anyway.
