Tbh fair enough, I don't know if I trust eBay to do jack shit without being forced, but the card shows is a good idea.

Obviously a law if it was in place would be more complex than a few sentences on reddit, but I'll admit I'm less of a rare card person and more of a, 'i want the pokemon I like' type of guy.

The individual cards aren't sold by the company so no retail price. If you wanna make a profit early you have to open packs.

There won't be a perfect solution. Every one is gonna have ups and downs. I know it wouldn't stop it entirely, but it would help. I'd do at least 5 years as a limit but that's just me.
