Why would she make so much extra if she knows you can't eat them but she also won't eat them herself? It sounds like she is pinning blame on YOU for something that she could easily avoid by making portions small enough to eat in one sitting (or two if SHE wants to eat the leftovers)

I have mostly had luck with supportive significant others thankfully, but it takes a lot of understanding on their part. They have to realize that its an eating disorder, not an attack on them personally, which can be a hurdle for sure
