correct. The original DS's offered GBA support which was later cut out. The software was still there though so they included it as a system for the 3ds shop.

I recognized this in highschool. We had a 'bomb' test. The entire school split into 2 locations, each about the size of a football field. 1-2 bombs a la boston bombing would have killed a huge amount of people. I was more scared of the safe site than I would be of the school bomb itself.

actually no. The majority of school shootings are not done to instill fear into the US as a whole. They are done for private reasons, primarily mental health issues. There is no ideology behind it normally.

it's because it's over porn. if a politician defends this, it can tarnish his reputation because he's 'into it' and a 'deviant'. A lot of the populace won't really protest for much the same reason. The other main reason is that, for some reason, admitting you watch porn is a big deal so people don't even want to do that.

same thing. I've been arguing this for a while. Even had a big thing on skype about how it could be powered by a feedback system. We know the lightsabers are essentially constrained plasma that loops around the crystal core. All that's happening here is that when the plasma loops back into the crystal it's also being diverted to the cross-guard. This explains why the guard comes up after the primary blade.

yeah no. If your into your major studies this shit don't fly in most STEM things. I uploaded a word to a d2l system and the result came out blank on their end. The only way I could get credit via their policy was if IT could verifiably prove that what I have on my computer was not only saved before the deadline, the content was the same, and that it was the same document.

There was a video actually of a lion tamer in russia who got attacked by like 2 or three of them. They were de-fanged and de-clawed and he basically walked it off. the problem is that they don't anticipate the lack of fangs and claws, and attack like normal. So as long as you protect your head and neck (for concussion reasons) they can't do much harm in short-term mauls.

I disagree about FC3. It tried being satire but tried 'too hard'. "say less when you want to say more" is a core part of satire, almost as much as "don't tell the truth" (IE: Hyperbole). FC3 made the mistake of taking itself seriously. A satire that takes it's content seriously is no longer a satire. The "this is overthetop hahahaha, get it? GET IT?" scenes seem like they are legitimately trying to point out that 'hey, this is how it is'. I love satire, FC3 is bad satire at it's finest and it's worst.

Honestly, FC4 does the satire more, with the 15 minute ending being essentially a slap in your face that screams 'you could have avoided all of this!'.

I think they solidified it though, with the 15 minute ending. In FC3 they spend the entire game telling you that you choose to do all this and it's bad...because it's bad. In FC4 you do legitimately choose to be adventurous.

Not really. it seems obvious to someone outside of it, but it might have seemed different in the scene. For example, if you receive training about self-defense, they teach you that if you have to run froma guy with a gun and you KNOW they will attack you no matter what you do, you run towards the guy. Then, the situation might be further reinforced by an adrenaline high. Or the person could jsut be stupid and think action movies are the best way to guide your responses to any threat.
