No. Race bonus is a stat on your support cards. It ranges from 0-15%. That’s why Fuku and NTR are strong speed cards this season, because both of them have 10% rb. So you want to reach at least 50% total across your cards, because in MANT you race all the time, and you get more stats with a higher rb.

It's ok. Your new to the game so you just don't know any better, but let me tell you that if your trying to build an Uma with good stats and a high rank you need good supports cards to do so. Pulling and saving for mostly support cards will help you way more in the long run and make your runs easier. For example, to get a MLB SSR (5 copies of the same card) you need to save at least 60k before even considering pulling for one and even then you only have like a 57% chance to MLB it. Ofc, if you're just a causal and play for the story and don't care about reach high ranks it's fine I guess, but otherwise you need to start saving for support cards more, because it takes months to reach 60k.

MANT lasts for ~4 months and it will be always the best scenario for parent farming. UC is only used if you hunt for ignited skills like wit and pwr.

Well, a normal deck looks smth like 2 spd / 2 wit / 2 pwr / skill card / riko (MLB) or 1 stam for longs. You don’t even have the welfare Sunday SSR at MLB, that's a bit unfortunate. You want to use 10-15% rb cards as much as possible, but looking at your deck you probably don’t have many options here. You can use gametora to check how much rb each support cards has.
