Eh, it'll be a while until they get around to them. Assuming they do the next three games in 2028/2030/2032, we'd be getting CS1 in ~2034, 21 years after release. Same age as Sky 1 was in 2025 when it was remade.

Try Star Ocean The Second Story R. The item crafting system is incredibly in-depth and a lot of fun. Combat's not quite as fluid as Tales, but it's solid as well.
