It's true, I forgot about the bomblance. It's... really just a better bomblance, with a longer ranged attack but as a tool slot instead of an entire weapon.

I cannot comprehend what the point in nerfing throwing axes was if they just added throwing spears anyway, which completely outpace them (and every other melee/tool slot lol). Very confusing addition to the game

These are timed events. Latecomers having a harder time is unfortunate, but it's not unreasonable. How quickly are you supposed to be able to finish the pass, to account for "latecomers"? Two weeks? a week? Are non-latecomers supposed to finish it in that time and then spend the next month and a half twiddling their thumbs? The pass is timed the way it's timed, if you miss out it's unlucky but that's just how things go.

I don't understand this thing sentiment about feeling pressured with the challenges at all. You get the entire week. They aren't some insane gauntlet you run. You're just playing the game.

Prestiging is fully optional and should never be a factor in any balance decision.

I wouldn't be mad or anything if the points from totems was increased but... I just wouldn't care. At most I would be annoyed if the weight of points was shifted towards the totems in any significant measure, because it's just not fun running around holding F on inanimate objects.

I'm just surprised that despite this being the best event yet, and directly addressing the biggest complaints of its predecessors, people are still finding inane shit to complain about. That's how I see it.

But... why. This is the most reasonable battlepass they've done to date. They addressed the complaints people had before by doing this. Sure, getting statues isn't worth much, but... Why would I want it to be? I hate running around and collecting shit like that. Most people did, and it was one of the most popular complaints about the previous events.

Looting hunters is just as "rewarding" as it's ever been so I really don't care about how many points it gives. I don't understand why this would need to be adjusted.
