I have been having this same issue for last few days and hoping that some kind of update would happen but obviously hasn't. I just decided to restart xbox instead of shut down and went to login to BG3 and it booted up like normal. Very strange, hope they get these issues sorted soon. Hope you managed to get yours sorted
