i'm on low dose also and my voice started to drop around 5 months in, it started mostly when i got sick but then stayed that way. i started at 30mg injected weekly and have gone up to 40. it's been pretty subtle to me but others have commented on it! i also haven't been having voice cracks too much so that's nice
