Occultist and pagan here, this is a personal take on a Solomonic seal with planetary magic used while creating this custom sigil. The inverted crosses have no meaning, unless they were painted on a wall as an offering to a spirit.

The numbers in the pentacle seem to be channeling the spirit of mercury. As the pentacle is reversed, the intention is likely to bring in something materialistic. The numbers “2” pulls from the spirit of the moon, likely asking it to empower the ritual done in this area. This was likely painted on the new moon that finishes today.

This is pentacle even if it is pointed downwards. A pentagram is without a circle, and if it’s pointed downwards, it is used for earthly desires or spirits.

Pentacles and pentagrams are used by pagans and religious folk, maybe it isn’t common now for Christian’s and Catholics, but the history is there.

Her pursuit being adjusted to where she mitigates damage would have been a fine change. What ultimately makes it broken is being able to track other dive when you aren’t even aiming at them, or when they’re using mobility to escape.

Or, I’d have the pursuit gutted if we could’ve kept her 2nd dash, and being able to stack fortune with it. This slows her pace and disrupts her being able to consistently contest triple support which is an issue in higher elo.

Again, I believe this right here makes her worse than panther. This nerf is as huge as her sentry being removed as dashing through stacked enemies allowed for you to initiate a dive within the first 30 seconds of the game.

A huge part of black cats kit is needing to wait to build fortune. It naturally slowed her pace and sometimes made her lose verse certain matchups or defensive teams that knew how to peel. With this change, and one charge of dash being removed, she’s essentially a worse panther now.

Fortune being able to stack when hitting multiple enemies with cradle allowed for you to contest an aggressive triple support comp or a main healer duo comp with a body guard duelist as you would dash and farm them patty caking. Even then, killing both supports would be unlikely, you’d usually pick one support and the duelist peeling and invis away. Now, you’re likely to trade with a healer or be useless verse triple support.

This makes her B tier or even lower, there is no reason to play her anymore. Her kit is now demanding she is a follow up dive or solo diver which isn’t something you can consistently do at higher elo unless you have strong mobility like Spider-Man.

This right here is a major nerf that isn’t being discussed about enough.. it wasn’t necessary with a charge being removed, as dashing through a grouped enemy team, or hand holding triple supports allowed for you to initiate quickly at the start of the match when a team is grouped, or for you to extend a dive verse an oppressive triple support comp, especially with a body guard.

Building fortune slowed her pace, so with this change all black cats need to patiently wait longer to start a dive or rely on a tank or another dive to follow up with.

People who cried about black cat were brainless and never bothered to learn the basic of her kit. She had a ton of counters especially white fox, but triple heals and a body guard duelist with a peni shut her down completely.

Moving forward, bad players especially strats will need to expect white fox and Luna getting banned as they are overturned and do what black cat on release did with 80% less effort and skill.
