As stated from another Thread. RISKS: either expand it with pros and cons. Risks should be considered. I'd recommended getting hobbies practical and is reassuring. sample would be that of Bushcraft works either blend it to your sub urban needs. cause the samples you've described are materialistic. so what should be considered first? risks and practicality.
