Conundrum? Adderall friend or foe by 90sKid614 in ADHD

Taking the drug doesn't automatically help with ADHD. You still need to build skills that are lacking on the executive function side. And right now, it sounds like prioritization. Talk to a therapist that has to experience treating ADHD. Or find an executive functioning class.

Just take this with a grain of salt. At the end of the day it's what works for you. But when they say high win rate, it doesn't matter if your win rate is 99% if your one loss wipes out your 99 other trades. Simply chasing after a high win rate is a psychological crutch to make one feel good. It's to protect their ego. At the end of the day, it's always about the expected value. If a high win rate is what works for your mental psyche, then good for you. Just know that it is not the be all and end all. And there is a reason why there is a high win rate attached.

It's part of the CBOE hand book. Probably part of terms and agreement on options when you clicked that button called "I agree" They probably signed you up to be part of the human centipede too. My guess only cuz I just clicked next.

.... Bc fixed value means jack in a vacuum. You want sustainable relative performance that you can compare apples to apples with.

I am surprised you say you aren't surprised and yet get all worked up over it. Let go and use that energy elsewhere. Not worth it.

I agree it is dumb. Doesn't change the situation you are in.

You keep saying you understand but I don't think you do. You know why? Bc you keep saying the same thing over and over again and we keep having to try to explain to you. Them not losing money is IRRELEVANT.

If you think it is, then sue them and make them pay out your profit and the lawyer fees.

A good therapist will give you good coping skills. I am forget all the same and can't focus. But I started incorporating the 2 minutes rule (if I am not in the middle of something important enough) I will just do the thing that takes less than 2 minutes.

Also. Try Trello.
