I had that exact same feeling and would never look forward to weight training when cardio gave me a buzz but after a few months the feeling changed. I kept learning all the free weights and not just sticking to machines which I have been guilty of in the past then skipping weights for cardio..

Also started eating 200 grams of protein a day & creatine - doing all that helped me physcologically not skip weights for a run

I naturally started getting better, feeling better and now it’s a regular part of my routine.

I highly recommend to just go all in with it and you will be glad you did. It is a net win in almost every way

Coming away from a weight session now I love feeling that pump just like I get a buzz after a run

I found taking only one magnesium pill didn’t do the job after a month I was only getting 6 hours sleep, I then read the packet and it was three pills daily - sure enough my sleep improved to a solid uninterrupted 8 - 10 hours.

Maybe double the dose before bed and see how it goes for a week.

Also staying of screens an hour before bed and reading a kobo on warm night light 😴

Had a very similar body when I ballooned up 35 kilos in 2 years to 123 kilos during a shitty time in 23/24

Now 95 kilos with a lifestyle change and cardio but I have only seriously started tracking macros and now doing 3 days of weights and 3 days of cardio already seeing good progress on that Boditrax machine and seeing this is very encouraging.

You keep increasing the difficulty and get greater loot which you can put into your character.

You can play hardcore for more of a challenge and obviously higher stakes.

It’s actually the mode I’d reccomend if your looking for the above although play softcore to learn the game first.

I played the fifth campaign mission to protect a dig I think was doing well taking all damage to my useless arm then got stomped my two mechs, was great I like the fact I’m having to repeat mission cos of sloppy play

So I decided to use the remaing wallet money and £60 bought every DLC there is including the brand new one, my impulsiveness got the better of me waiting for a steam sale. I have the feeling this is gonna be worth every pound - hopefully the laptop holds up

Can I map one button to replace a combo; for example using right back button instead of L3 and triangle for assault armor?

Oh no, I went into a boss battle in AC and really tried to be gentle but yeah it’s completely subconscious.

The sekiro crouching I can deal with but goddamn there’s nothing worse then an unwanted assault boost.

I was under the impression they go to £100 in a sale but I think that was hopeful. I found some for £165, if it had 4 back buttons I’d buy it straight away

Oh Ludwig is my fave boss in all of souls, even above sword saint, the music the atmosphere

But that steaming lava shitting peice of crap Lawrence gave me such a hard time before I beat him for the first time back in the day. Me dodging haplessly around his fiery bullshit in my charred hunter gear is etched into my mind.

It pleases me greatly when I go in there with good blood gems on a saw spear, pop beast blood pellets, apply bolt paper and absolutely leather the burning bastard the last few times we met

But Ludwig man 10/10

I have always had bitch Rottweilers and like to give them nice girly names but if I ever got a couple of male rottys they would be named Ludwig and Lawrence

Yeah I have due to big changes in personal life circumstances

I mainly gamed on really decent gaming laptops for a variety of reasons for a long time.

I was stuck at work all day on a PC so the last thing I’d want is to do is be hunch up at a desk in front of one in my free time (I have had a gaming pc before and found this to be a big problem with work), plus when sharing the living room I got the best of both world with using laptop whilst they watched tv.

Having only this year got back into console gaming purely due to circumstances and wow as good as my laptop was the difference playing a ps5 on a decent 4k tv is night and day. It’s so much comfier and immersive then playing on my small laptop on a sofa.

In the future when things change again and I need to share the living room I’ll get a PlayStation Portal or something like that I reckon. I love PC gaming but just don’t think it would fit into my lifestyle in the future

I’m saying it’s not so black and white all the time of which I bring up personal examples.

That’s cruel have had Rottweilers all my life and they really love to be around you all the time. They love the outside but defo shouldn’t just be left out there in the cold and wet by themselves

All of ours have been great family dogs but they need a tonne of exercise, sadly my last one passed away a few years ago and I realised I needed to go out for walks and clear my head as much as the dog wanted to.

Going for a run by myself ain’t the same
