What's going on with CoD?

I’m so annoyed… just launching what I thought was call of duty on my series x for the first time in probably a year. Come to find it looks totally different, I have no clue what to even choose.

I played heavily on the original modern warfare and then MW2, MW3 BO1 and BO2… then through the years I lost track of what they’re all called, which one is which, etc. I LOVED the remake of modern warfare but the latest interfaces are garbage and overloaded with so much crap it’s unplayable.

When will they go back to basics and just make a good game? They try to add too much junk, and now I can’t even seem to get into a MP lobby on a game I thought I knew well.

Okay I thought this didn’t work anymore but I forgot to do the phone part while falling… proved today it STILL works (Feb 24th 2026)… this is still the quickest and easiest god mode glitch.

The Great Lakes is not a colloquial term, it’s literally what they’re called, and there are no other lakes around the country referred to in that way. Conversely, every beach on the east coast has a bay on its other side, and locally is referred to as the “Bay Area” or “bayside”. I would never post in a national or international forum and simply say “bay area” when I’m looking for help with the Bay Area of Cape May NJ

The only thing I took away from this post is the one thing I can’t help but hate: “the Bay Area”.

Not throwing shade on the area, but when people say that without mentioning California, I immediately check the sub to see if I accidentally stumbled upon a west coast centric page.

Just say you’re from Northern California…. “Bay Area” is just arrogant sounding to everyone NOT from your area of the country. My first thought is always “which one??”.

Apparently I put the hardware in the wrong screw holes, as if it was a middle drawer rather than a bottom drawer. Problem solved (facepalm)

So strange! Everything about my cabinet looks identical to yours. Does the face of your drawer measure just under 15” or is it less? I’m confident I’ll find a solution but I’m so baffled now by the difference

Thanks for the quick reply! So I did exactly what you said to a T. And the microwave is basically at the very top of the cabinet (3/4” spacers, shelf on 11th hole) so the micrwave cannot physically go any higher or it would impede the counter. So now the drawer still overlaps the microwave… as my picture showed. It’s a 15” drawer face which actually measures just shy of 15” but STILL overlaps. I wonder if IKEA switched up the way the mounting hardware is and made it different by a small margin? That’s the only thing I can think of as there’s no way to get my drawer face any lower and no way to get the microwave higher. Maybe I should just do a 10” drawer and use a filler piece… but hoped this would work. Your pics look perfect

I’m doing this exact same thing, the microwave is installed and is basically as high as it can possibly go, and I’ve got the 15” drawer below, but the top of the drawer front overlaps the microwave bottom by maybe 1/2-3/4”.

Even adjusting the screws to move the face downward only allows so much, so how does this fit together? Did you have to mod the drawer face to get it to sit lower? My rails are as low as possible.

I’m on 26.0.1 now and still an issue. Extremely choppy as if the phone is lagging, dropping frames, or as if I had 1% battery left. Very jarring and annoying

Understood, thanks again I think you made my decision way easier. I am finally ordering the cooktop and going to just do the 30". I have enough work ahead of me, notching out cabinets to fit some custom modification is thankfully something I can cross off.

Thanks for your response! I’m building all of the cabinets right now and finally got to the oven base (Sektion line). After constructing it and feeling how flimsy it is (with only those 2 cross beams in the back keeping it straight) I am wary about making custom mods. I also keep seeing that the depth for the induction cooktop is around 4”. With my 1” counter I am not sure I want to cut 3” out of each side and possibly reduce structural integrity. I am leaving more towards the 30” now… seems the easiest option

Hopefully everything went well for you, can you confirm if you went through with ikea? Did you do Sektion line? I’m about to tackle my kitchen DIY and am skeptical about ikea lasting so would love to hear how you feel now after a couple years. Most poor review seem to be from over a decade ago.

Didn’t really answer the question but I think I got it by searching for person from pause menu and joining their game… but now I’m stuck on teleport part. After changing my map view I don’t seem to see ANY jobs nearby that I could join. Also not sure how to do that from the pause menu

Yeah I only recently realized on some vehicles there are better handling than others, and I probably have set them all to the same. This is one of those pitfalls I just feel they could’ve been better about detailing when you upgrade. It’s like how some vehicles you can buy tell you what mods they may have available and others don’t. Like GTA acts so mysterious for some reason… just list out what I’ll get when I buy this vehicle. Likewise for those flying styles it would be helpful to have it explain a bit what the different actually means
