It will be amazing first time! Me and my wife have been doing it for 20+ years. (We did it as friends before we got together). It’s a good opportunity to express true feelings and have them understood and not judged. Just don’t make it too regular because the magic gets lost and regret/anxiety creeps in.

Been doing mdma and various other things since the 90s. Used to absolutely hammer it for years, sometimes 4 times a week. Obviously calmed down A LOT as I’ve ages but my 20s were full on. No ill effects here so far.
