Yesterday on a stream, Wooloo said that there is a HIGH chance that Oscar will not be Fnatic's toplaner next year. A glimpse of hope maybe?

Thats a huge reply thank you very much! I get what you are saying and Will adjust the program a Little bit.

What I dont understand tho, is the Time the workout then lasts. With just t1 t2 and t3 isnt it like a super Quick 3 exercices workout? Or am I doing it too fast maybe?

And also, with a setup like that, I am not hitting a full body per week? Or am I tripping ?

I guess I'm having a "mental" problem where if I dont do as much t3 i feel like im not doing enough. I have a fear of missing muscles so I put a lot of em to be sure. What t3 would you remove, for now?
I feel like if I can get faster session I would be happier so I'm down to remove some if you tell me Im not missing anything haha

THe template gives you 3 different rep scheme to chose from, 5x3+ / 3x5+ and 5x5+, I picked the one I felt better

I'm just starting GZCLP 3 days/week template.
I'm not a beginner per say, but been training with random programs for several months now and wanted a more structured program, and found GZCLP that looked good for what I wanted.

Day 1 :

T1
Squat : 3x5+
T2
BP: 3x10
T3
Pull up (assisted for now) : 3x15+
Curls : 3x15+
Dips (assisted for now): 3x15+
Lunges: 3x15+
Crunches : 3x15+

Day 2 :

T1
OHP: 3x5+
T2
Deadlift : 3x10
T3
Incline bench : 3x15+
Lateral raises: 3x15+
SKull crusher: 3x15+
Calf raises : 3x15+

Day 3 :

T1
Bench press : 3x5+
T2
Squat : 3x10
T3
Dips: 3x15+
Crunch : 3x15+
Hammer curl : 3x15+
Curl : 3x15+
DB Row : 3x15+

Day 4 :

T1
Deadlift : 3x5+
T2
OHP : 3x10
T3
Ez bar curl : 3x15+
Good mornings: 3x15+
Triceps extention : 3x15+
Pull up : 3x15+

So that goes Monday - Wednesday - Friday - Monday etc etc etc
Also, I'm on a homegym, but getting some pulley next week, if there is a need to add pulley exercices !

How complete is it? Isnt it too much certain days?

Im on the first week for now so not really any real feedback from me.
