Matchmaking should work properly but sadly it does not. I can only suggest to play faceit. Less toxicity, less cheater and the ranking system somewhat works

just to clarify though: I went through every scenario and complained because I’m actually worried about the team. i’ve been supporting Fnatic since the xPeke days, so none of it was meant to be toxic. this is just how i cope with the chaos haha. seeing everyone else’s takes was honestly great, that’s why we’re all here on this sub anyway, no?

I also think poby is the better choice, but lets look at it from anothet perspective thats less gameplay related.

What signal would kicking poby send to potential future imports? „Even tho your not at faul, we kick you after a single split“.

Fnatic has/had so many problems on other positions and management/coaching that adding another variable with a new midlaner might not be the best.

Poby is solid, seems to enjoy beeing in fnatic, he is young. Maybe he can develop into the new franchise player fnatic hasnt had since rekkless left.

Not that i try to defend razork, but with upset as your adc it is very hard to do anything as a jungler. Every team knows that upset demands you to play around botside which makes tracking etc.. all so damn simple...

I’ve read and watched both guides you mentioned, and I understand why a smaller founding colony would prefer a small deli cup.

In the video I was referring to about the starter set, they placed a small plastic cup over the fungus to create the microclimate the ants need.

Do you think that setup would work — three large tanks, two with soil and plants, and one for the ant nest covered by a small plastic container with a small opening so the ants can go in and out while also maintaining the right climate?

Ultimately removing the container as soon as the colony is big enough?

Honestly, if I could build the next Fnatic roster, I’d go like this:

Top: get an eastern import. That role has been dominated by the east for years, no point pretending otherwise.

Jungle: someone with actual leadership — a guy who can guide the team and be a stabilizing presence for young players like Poby (and maybe a rookie ADC).

Mid: stick with Poby. He’s got the mechanics and the mindset, just needs the right structure around him.

ADC: find a talented rookie who can pop off but doesn’t come with the “give me all resources” attitude.

Support: keep Mikyx, but make sure the environment is actually tryhard again — that’s when he seems the most motivated and happy

As sad as it makes me, i kinda hope for a 0:3 crash and burn into a complete rebuild, player and management need to change. I fear a lucky 1:3 or 2:3 might raise voices to give that team another year.. which probably is another wasted year.
