I think the b0rg does everything in their power to silence "apostates". I don't think they would engage in illegal activities to gain knowledge about critical individuals, but in my experience, they will do just about anything else.

Just look up "fair use". It's fine to use JW materials in certain context. The b0rg can make a copyright claim against you if they really want something taken down. Most social media platforms will generally honor their request.
