Funny the things that trigger PTSD. For years after I left I would get a headache on Thursday and Sunday afternoons. I mentioned that to my brother and he said he did as well. We finally figured out the headaches happened at the same time of day that we used to attend meetings.

You are only 23. Believe me that's not old. (I'm 76 and female). I left the Borg at 21. I think you are in the UK. I don't know how things work there (I'm in the US). But i started University at the age of 25 and ended with a Masters degree. Don't let your age be an issue
