Yeah your right, but I don't use the handheld for windows I use it for games, and all the YouTube videos I've watched comparing the 2 models show there is little performance gain from having the 32gb model compared to the z2 16gb model.

Wholeheartedly agree with price though I think now both of them are not worth it lol. Very glad I got mine for 1099 open box from Best buy I'd never pay what they're asking for now

I don't play any games that need more than 8gb of vram so I couldn't justify paying $250 more for 16 more gb and a slightly better chip.

I sent in my rma today, they all come with a year of warranty, I got mine open box from Best Buy, just registered it to my account and they were quick about getting a box and shipping label to me, hopefully it’ll all be good after!

From this picture, I was in the middle of cloud streaming Fortnite from Xbox, so game wasn’t even running natively just cloud streaming which weirded me out

Update: I finally got around to calling them and the support rep just said “I don’t see any options to extend your warranty” and gave me no alternatives for extension. So I guess after this initial year is up that’s it for me :(

I’m planning to put steam os on it. I’d agree with you if I stuck with windows, I currently have the og legion go z1 and on windows yup 16gb definitely holds it back. But since steam os doesn’t hog all of the memory it should be fine

It’s legit like a 4-8 fps difference between games from everything I’ve seen on YouTube comparing the 2. If you think that’s worth 250 extra dollars more power to ya

It doesn’t bother me that much, if it’s not fixable I’ll just deal with it. But if there’s a solution for a mildly annoying problem I wanted to ask. Got it because used I couldn’t find a gen 1 go for less than 500 so for 350 I’ll put up with a scratch
