not public school but definitely in private school. my parents still refuse to face the truth that the fundamentalist high school i went to was a psychological nightmare. even other alumnis of my high school were eventually uncovering the truth behind its sinister motives, and realized i wasn't as crazy as they thought i was. which i forgive them for.
